Heartlink Pet Care

By using this website or booking services with Heartlink Pet Care, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

Heartlink Pet Care provides in-home pet care services including dog walking and cat drop-in visits within the Phoenix, Arizona area. Services are scheduled through our secure booking platforms or client portal.

Meet & Greet

A meet and greet may be required for all new clients prior to the first scheduled service. This allows us to review your pet’s routine, home access instructions, and ensure a good fit.

Booking & Payment

Bookings may be requested through our website, client portal, or approved booking platforms. Payment is required prior to the start of scheduled services unless otherwise agreed.

Invoices are processed securely through our booking system and payment providers.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Visits cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full service fee.

Holiday bookings may require additional notice and may be subject to adjusted rates.

Home Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reliable access to their home prior to the scheduled visit. If a sitter is unable to access the home due to missing or incorrect instructions, the scheduled visit may still be charged.

Pet Health & Behavior

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, medications, or behavioral concerns. Pets must be safe to handle and comfortable with a pet sitter entering the home.

Veterinary Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, Heartlink Pet Care will attempt to contact the owner first. If the owner cannot be reached, we may seek veterinary care at the client's preferred veterinarian or the nearest available veterinary clinic.

The client is responsible for all veterinary costs.

Liability

Heartlink Pet Care is not responsible for damage caused by pets with a history of aggression, escape behavior, or destructive behavior that has not been disclosed prior to service.

Third-Party Platforms

Bookings made through third-party platforms such as Rover or Meowtel are subject to the policies and terms of those respective platforms.

Changes to Services

Heartlink Pet Care reserves the right to modify services, pricing, or policies as needed. Updates may be reflected on this website.
