Hi, we’re Hazel and Timothy — the husband-and-wife team behind Heartlink Pet Care in Phoenix.

Heartlink was built on our shared love for animals and our belief that pet care should feel personal, dependable, and thoughtful.

Hazel manages the majority of day-to-day visits and scheduling, while we work together to provide flexible, reliable, and consistent care for every client.

We understand that inviting someone into your home requires trust. That’s why we prioritize punctuality, attentiveness, and detailed photo updates after every visit, so you always feel informed and confident while you're away.

Dog Walking

We specialize in small to medium dogs to ensure safe, comfortable walks and personalized care

30-minute walk — $20
60-minute walk — $40

Dog Drop-In Visits


30-minute visit — $20
60-minute visit — $40

Cat Drop-In Visits


20-minute visit — $20
45-minute visit — $30
60-minute visit — $40

Additional pets: +$8 per pet per visit(dog)+$5 per pet visit(cat)
Holiday rates may apply on major holidays.

Basic Medication Support

Simple oral medications (pills or liquid) can be given during visits.

Photo Updates Every Visit

Every visit includes photo updates so you can always see how your pet is doing while you’re away
