Cancellation Policy

Heartlink Pet Care

Heartlink Pet Care understands that plans can change. We ask clients to provide advance notice whenever possible when cancelling or modifying scheduled services.

Standard Visits

Cancellations for scheduled services should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Visits cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full service fee.

Same-Day Cancellations

Same-day cancellations may be considered a completed visit and may be charged in full.

Holiday Bookings

Holiday reservations may require additional notice due to high demand. Holiday services may also be subject to adjusted rates.

Early Returns

If a client returns home earlier than planned, any scheduled visits scheduled within 24 hours may still be charged.

Emergency Situations

We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. Heartlink Pet Care will review emergency situations on a case-by-case basis.
